Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Trader / Sales Representative to manage and grow supply lines across wood and organic feed products. This role is ideal for individuals looking to accelerate their sales careers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The position involves full-cycle trading responsibilities, including sales, sourcing, logistics coordination, and relationship management with both internal and external partners.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage supply lines for specialty lumber and organic agricultural products
Execute sales activities, primarily via phone (approximately 90%)
Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors and buyers
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading outcomes
Travel as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of professional work experience
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to learn proprietary systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales or trading experience
Bilingual capabilities (a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
